12 volt to 6 volt voltage reducer for gauges.
These voltage reducers are solid state, produce no heat, waterproof and shockproof.
They produce a stable 6V output – much more reliable than the Runtz diode type.
We’ve used them in the workshop for years and found them to be very reliable.
Very small package (approx 1” square) they can be mounted anywhere not necessarily next to the gauge.
